haha. I just got to tell a kid about candy cigarettes a couple nights ago. He was intrigued. I can't wait till his parents hear about it. In return, he showed my 5 year old how to "smoke" a small roll of sweeties sweettarts. Suddenly, I felt uncomfortable.

I did a bit of googling. Looks like there was a dust up over here, but two months ago when folks found out about Origin monitoring your entire hd and sending info back for EA to store. And the EULA was changed after vocal complaints. Perhaps someone was too lazy to properly translate the rewritten EULA to German?

what? this is news to me, and it's just the type of thing that I would usually know about something I'm playing.

PS3 at 95% over the weekend huh? Well, apparently, as of tonight, I am still the 5%. And it sucks. This game is so fun, I love playing it. I do not love the server issues.

You know, I wouldn't mind the disconnects so much if I didn't then have to stay in a queue for SO FREAKING LONG. Last night I was "1 of 1" from 1031 - 1048 pm. That is BS.

Is that guy on the right really playing? He looks like he is. He's the Captain Someone right, from the new other show that came out of Dr. Who?

yay! watch it again!

Phantom Tollbooth has stayed with me in vivid, unconnected bits and pieces for 20+ years. Sometimes during a difficult situation in my young adulthood, a bit of PT would come floating to the surface and help me figure out what I really thought and felt, and what I really wanted to decide. I love this book and will

Yeah, "Wolfsangel" is pretty kitsch. All the made-up compound words that try for the outrageous juxtaposition really bother me (so, I'm aware this is just, like, my opinion, man). It's a wolf! Scary hungry wolf! Oh, but it's an angel too! Cutesy wutesy good little angel!

In the end, I could tell it was good and I appreciated the work put into it. But I never felt connected to the characters. I didn't mind looking in to see what was happening to them, but I didn't really care about it. It was just idle curiousity and a little bit of wanting to observe good writing skills.

hah! thank you so much! that's what really used to get to me, the hair pulling and sniffing. ugh.

How much coffee do they displace? Refiguring the appropriate amounts of stuff and coffee is such a pain.

hey, maybe this would explain something I've been thinking was a glitch. Sometimes I'll jump into a tank and immediately get in the second seat if I'm unfamiliar with the map. I'll go ahead and start shooting/spotting enemies and then all of a sudden I'm in a completely different type of gun turret and sometimes my

@retsukun: not me. I feel more like this.

congrats!

I use the blog view too and I've also been having problems. I don't know if they're trying to get rid of or anything though. When I somehow end up in Top Stories view on any gawker site, I can only click "Top Stories" to the right of the site's name and reload the page. It doesn't click between TS and blog views.

I don't know why, but these shots really remind me of a mission in Fallout 3 (spoilers if you have still haven't found your dad)

hmm, and when acid rain gets on you, it burns: acid burn. Annalee is not going out on a limb with her usage, I've seen plenty of authors and journalists use holocaust in the way she does. Please don't be pedantic by looking up the ancient form and then complaining because the modern American use doesn't exactly line

I'm kind of sad I never experienced that particular "feature."

Actually, since the BF3 beta occurred in these "nowadays" you mentioned, you haven't a leg to stand on. sit down, dude.
