Agreed, I for one would have preferred if they made one of the many, many possible awesome X-Men shows they haven’t made, rather than just rebooting this good-enough-for-kids-in-the-90s-i-guess-but-better-add-more-robots-and-steel-walls-so-Wolverine-can-do-something cartoon.

at the begining of the Krakoa era people were waiting for the big reveal that Xavier was under an evil influence (Shadow King, Cassandra, or Onslaught etc) but now we all just seem to go along with mutant kind doing whats best for their own self preservation.
Or that they’ve mind-controlled mutants who didn’t want to go to Krakoa (such as Beak and Angel’s family?)

I was never much of a fan of The Munsters. I always felt they were a cheap ripoff of the Addams Family. However, I do respect how much you can see that Rob Zombie cares about it, and how much love and attention he is pouring into it.
I loved the subtitles too. Eldritch and gibbering are also used frequently in Lovecraft’s writing (which likely inspired elements of D&D) and was very apt for Stranger Things.
