I wouldn’t even bother with 6 for the first several years after release. If it’s anything like the last game, it’ll come out half baked with content slowly dripping out over the course of years.
It’s been 16 years since FF has gone full fantasy. The trailer looks great technically, but I’m underwhelmed by the gameplay. It seems to be a mix of hack and slash and Soul-like tactical combat, and just doesn’t look interesting.
I cannot imagine the mindscape of the person that this would bother.
