It’s basically a lonely island-helmed movie, which fits a certain taste but I’ve always personally enjoyed. If anything they seem to be doing as much as they can with the premise and the sandbox they’ve been allowed to play in so that’s worth something.
I want to dismiss it out of hand but who am I kidding - I’m going to watch this from the comfort of my favorite recliner while high AF.
