Because the MCU shit the bed in terms of quality around phase 2 and it became really difficult to get invested in the uninspired mess?

In my 23 years of playing D&D I never would have thought my favorite monster could stand in for my favorite monster. I have never once made that extremely obvious connection. 

MtG is nice and all, but the real goal is to get him into the next D&D Monster Manual. I mean really why would the King of the Monsters not be in something called the Monster Manual? Huge oversight.

They were indeed released almost exactly a year apart in early October of 2018 and 2019 respectively. Though interesting Venom saw a major haul from China with its release there a month later in Nov 2018, whereas Joker (with its themes of uprising against corruption) was not eligible for releasing there.

With Morbius Sony hopes to replicate the success of the steaming pile that was 2018's Venom.. Seriously Venom made an inexplicable amount of money given the hilariously outdated quality of the script, directing and effects. I don’t much care for Hickman’s run on X-Men (I couldn’t get into it, largely because I don’t really dig comics anymore), but Nightcrawler is always gonna be my absolute favorite comic book character. Any time he gets a spotlight I’ll show up for it. Always love when they pair him and Rachel.

That’s entirely fine. Me finding it insufferable shouldn’t ruin your or anyone else’s enjoyment of it. 

Gotta find some silver lining in all of this. We went last Monday and even then I was a bit nervous about coronavirus, but given everyone else was too we were the ONLY people in the theater so I could thankfully use my phone without being rude.

100% this. The other CW DC shows all have episode orders of 20+ and it hurts them *every* season.

I miss that game so much. They actually used my ideas for Nightcrawler. It was bananas. It was such crazy dev/player community where we all got to help build the heroes. Too bad the game had such a rough start and polorizing endgame. It could never find the foothold that something like Path of Exile did.

I usually scroll past all the TV stuff pretty quick in Morning Spoilers. I’m so behind on everything and have no clue how long it’ll take to catch up, but I had to stop for a solid second to recognize how damn amazing Caity Lotz looks in that pic.
