Unless the reviews are absolutely dreadful I just don’t see it bombing. Tom Hardy is a likable actor that appeals to a broad range of demographics, Venom is everyone’s favorite t-shirt at Hot Topic when the Deadpool or Gambit shirts are sold out and the look of the character is markedly better than its only previous

They never had the F4. That was Fox.

And the book Jaws was about... the mob? And affair between Hooper and Brody’s wife? Go home, Jaws book, you’re drunk.

Yeah I somehow don’t see that shark as being a threat tho...

Interestingly enough Gojira (1954) subverted that trope 20 years before Jaws. Granted I absolutely love both movies and Godzilla would later go on to become the very bombastic monster mash up films it subverted at the time. but it lends credence to what you suppose.

I gotta say if I had to watch any Terminator sequel after Judgement Day it would be Salvation. It’s by far the least offensively dumb one.

I feel like when Cameron was giving this dumpster fire of movie all the good press in the world it was just professional courtesy. He knew those rights were coming his way as soon he saw it.

Clones would be a totally silly concept in Star Wars

I just want a scene of the Surfer watching over Earth, turning to look back at a distance point in the universe and saying “Your herald beckons you”

The action had no sense of weight in Uprising. Everything felt rubbery, weightless and seemingly indestructible compared to the first film.

Well good (and maybe some bad news) regarding Toho kaiju movies. After Godzilla vs King Kong in 2020 the Godzilla rights revert from Legendary to back to Toho and they are planning to do their own “shared universe” style Godzilla series. The drawback is if audiences really like King of the Monsters and Godzilla vs

You’re welcome. I’m a very big fan of Godzilla. I’ve seen every film in the series and am actually a fan of the 2014 film, but I can’t agree with you more. I felt Aaron Taylor-Johnson was just too wooden to carry the film and he certainly takes away from it. I understood he was supposed to be a stoic, determined

Claire de Lune was a used to sort of reference the fact that Godzilla 2014's teaser used 2001: A Space Odyssey’s Requiem for soprano to an unnerving effect. Though I imagine its use is likely because the film is not entirely scored yet.

Even with the huge amount of spoilers out there for this movie to help stave off the 10 month wait I want this movie more than anything else being released in the next year.

Hang in there, man.

Wizards of the Coast has also released “The Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron” on D&D Beyond and the DM’s Guild, which is the Eberron campaign setting updated for 5E by the original creator of the setting. It currently has playtest material (the Unearthed Arcana for the Eberron races released today) and once it’s finished

This is mostly confirmed via test screenings. Some official synopses mentions some other details but nearly the whole movie is spoiled via screenings. At least an early cut of it

There’s only been three American Godzilla movies. This, it’s predecessor and the garbage pile that is TriStar’s 1998 movie. This is of course ignoring re-cuts like Godzilla: King of the Monsters (1956) and Godzilla 1985, both of which had actor Raymond Burr edited into the Gojira (1954) and The Return of Godzilla

Spoilers.
