They definitely won’t. The post - which has since been removed - mentioned that as part of the developer’s extension of the Marvel license they can no longer work with those characters. So it’s part of the license overall now at the company, not just particular versions of the game

Yup. This is clearly the case of different art direction and nothing more. Not that the theory isn’t fun - Hunk was always a cool side character and this would be a neat new way for him to pop up.
