It was still handled very poorly with no foreshadowing or any thought. I believe most of the changes will get tossed. Making it even more frustrating that Barry basically altered the CW reality as we know it for a gimmicky cliffhanger.

Probably. The real question is does that make the s2 finale any less dumb even if the producers are going to ditch the consequences of Barry’s deeply dumb actions (which essentially erased at least 5 different seasons across 3 different shows) after a couple episodes?

Marvel Heroes sort of got 2 costumes. The current run of Cap costume and the American Dream Sharron Carter Cap from the MC2 continuity. The latter of which was a costume that was supposed to release earlier, but was totally redone and re released for Caps 75th anniversary. Both look amazing

Agreed. Though I’d argue it was around War of the Worlds. He really lost his touch with the “summer blockbuster” audience on that one.

Grillo was the best part of the last film which was arguably better than the first one.

I feel the opposite. The English VA is far too emotive and expressive. Maybe even too heroic. I liked the monotone, bored delivery of the Japanese VA. 90% of the time I don’t care about the sub/dub thing, but a lot of the humor of the show is derived from just how little Saitama cares.

That;s sort of the joke. One Punch Man specifically wipes its ass with shonen anime and super hero tropes while also being a kind of endearing homage to those things. It’s far, far different and much more funny than I thought it would be.

That scene is still a delight every time. I really need to go back and watch that series soon.

That sounds stupid as hell. Which is why I stopped buying comics years ago. After decades of “this character is dead and/or evil now!” storylines like that I just got bored.

To be fair. They didn’t have to do this. They could just sue the shit out of anyone anytime they feel like they’re being infringed upon. They HAVE to make it difficult just to give at least some chance to fans. Yeah it sucks, but it prevents a lot of heartache for people who have started to put everything on the line…
