I think it’s 100% Oscar Isaac and more about people saying “Hey, I wanna see this guy run around in the next movie” than anything the character accomplishes in TFA. He just had too much charisma for such a minor role.

Wentworth Miller is pretty decent too. I’d put him on par with White Canary. They can keep in float. It’s a shame they do nothing with the girl who’s fated to kill the big bad though... she’s waiting in the wings. Get it? . . . I’ll show myself out.
