We got another X-Men 3. It was called Days of Future Past directed by Bryan Singer.

Something I’d like to point out is this also carries over to things like anime. I recently rewatched Psycho Pass season 1. The secondary protagonist, Shinya Kogami is the baddest badass ever. He’s a super detective. He’s a martial artist in a future that has almost no violence. He’s got that gruff voice and perfect

I’ve watched a lot of action movies in my life. A lot. Especially 80s and 90s. Seagal is by and large one of my least favorite performers from those eras simply because he never brought anything to any of his characters other than himself - which namely being how horribly insecure he is. And it shows. In all of his

I know we live in a post-”it’s been done before” world and have to adjust expectations accordingly, but even with that caveat that description sounds unbearably “done before”.

The real question is... do any of these characters really need to come back? Like at all?

It is by no means a masterpiece. I can see where some people dislike elements of it. I *want* to blame your poor experience on the kids, but odds are it’s not their fault... no matter how much little kids at the movies suck.

Damn it! Now I have a really awkward boner on the bus. People need to warn me if they’re gonna use clips from this scene in an internet comment!

Based on? The god awful script is rife with poor logic and plot holes. Wolverine barely has a presence in the film outside of delivering one message and is devoid of any action scenes. Magneto is literally an unnecessary character. The movie would function nearly identical to the theatrical release without him.

It’s also a pretty horrible movie in itself so it’s not a very good trade-off.

Last Stand suddenly isn’t so awful after you watch Days of Future Past. If I really had to pick which was the most awful I’d be hard pressed to find a “winner”.

oh right that was a thing that was supposed to happen.... ugh

The music is cheating though. You could play Bohemian Rhapsody to a video of everyone I know and love being murdered and I’d still notice how damn good a song it is and how much it can electrify anything. Most of the characters seem annoying rather than funny/entertaining/interesting. Does Will Smith even enjoy doing

I blame Jai Courtney.

No blue hair kills it. The platinum blonde “Elsa” look is silly even for Flash. Should still be fun though.

Seeing as I felt the last 4 episodes of s1 are absolutely awful I agree. They really needed to tighten up the episodes so the end didn’t require every single character to inexplicably become a total moron for no reason to create more episodes.

I’ve seen similar comments from other people who’ve apparently saw test screenings, but little more than these same details iterated. Anything more substantial you can give us?

Never was “lion” and was never was meant to be Voltron related. Paramount/Bad Robot never had the rights to Voltron at the time (or ever as far as I have researched) so it would have been the biggest lawsuit ever.

It’s “piqued”! Get off the internet!! /sarcasm

Now playing

Cell phone vid on youtube. It looks like a weird “John Goodman is a wacko he thinks he’s saved people in his bomb shelter” movie for a 1.5 minutes. Then there’s about 10 seconds of “maybe this really does have something to do with Cloverfield” though mostly through clever editing of a title sequence and referring to
