I hope other people get how clever your comment is. I really do.

I bet all the guys want Captain Phasma to inspect their blasters. . .

Not surprising. These people have their own internal narratives that they’re projecting onto a person and situation that they’re not fully comprehending. They treat Holmes like a fictional character to fight for in order to fulfill some sort of personal desire instead of addressing the reality of the situation - that

Not really. Some of it is stuff that will appear in later books and might be more fleshed out then, but a lot of articles and material are straight forward advice on how to run different games: like have a sea faring adventure or how to include firearms w/ statistics.

There’s always the dungeon master guide. I personally don’t own it as I rarely have the chance to use my player guide let alone write up an adventure, but I’m pretty sure it will give you the run down on crafting your own adventures or adding material.

I know the CW wasn’t allowed to pick up Constantine . . . but are they allowed to make a show called Hellblazer staring the same actor after he appears on Arrow next season?

I’m hoping that Arrow/Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow slowly evolve into a giant F YOU to the people that cancelled Young Justice. They just start reassembling those characters from the show and have them fight Vandal Savage and Darkseid.

It’s been sort of a joke, but I had been telling my friends that to honor George Lucas and his racism they’re gonna kill the black guy despite him being the main character. Maybe it’s not a joke now and they will need a new main character. ....

I won’t really get into the various clusterfucks of gaming sessions I’ve gotten in, but a lot of the bad games I’ve had have come down to communication. Thankfully nothing sexist or other shitty human behavior in some of these stories - but a lot of “Hey, you’re joining a campaign midway... so maybe don’t start

And if everyone in the group rolled a LG Paladin that same player would turn around and roll up a CE Drow rogue. D&D always draws out the “contrarian” player.

I fucking LOVE this skit for so many reasons. It illustrates so many truisms of D&D and players.

I heard he’s actually going to eat a live baby on stage if they ignore him next debate.

Good looking out. Kind of disappointed it’s just the voice. Would really like to see him in costume. Though he’s in his 60s now so I’m guessing maybe he wouldnt want to do the costume thing too much.

There are a lot of character’s who could fill the “Reverse Flash” role even if they haven’t specifically used that name. I wouldn’t even bet money to say this isn’t the villain Inertia - the clone of Bart Allen raised by another pissed off Thawne somewhere in the... 30th century? Admittedly I’m not on my DC knowledge

Ascended gear is highly overrated unless you’re specifically doing high level fractal dungeon runs frequently. Legendary items are gold sinks and we’re altogether just eDick measuring tools until they got at least something of a mechanical benefit that made them somewhat worthwhile. Why Anet thought that was good end

Season 1 was so bad it made me rage quit for a few months. Haha. I’m glad we will never have to go back to it. Though never re releasing the holographic shattered wing skin is BS.

If Sam Rockwell is gonna be a space adventurer again in anything it better be Galaxy Quest 2 first. This is a close second though.

Mass Effect buckled under it’s own weight though. I imagine studios aren’t keen to jump the gun on what will be Dark Knight Rises In Space (That Plebs Will Get Confused With Star Wars).

I always thought “where the fuck did that black hole send him?” Then Pacific Rim had portals to other dimensions and I think every godzilla fan immediately knew in their secret hearts where he went at the end of Megaguirus.

Not a big Godzilla fan? He’s literally the villain in every Heisei film series (1984 - 94), but there’s always something slightly more apocalyptic at hand in which case the heroes “stand” behind godzilla. It’s the “Godzilla Threshold” trope. In the 2014 film it’s personified in the “let them fight” scene. The
