Pretty cool but 11.3 @ 125 might not kill the Hellcat. In fact I think that’s what Dodge claims it runs.

That’ll turn my head until they day I die. That is bucketlist stuff right there.

Oh yeah! Even better in person! I remember going to a race at Limerock and hearing the C6Rs at the time making a very similar glorious noise.

ITT: Lots of counter examples to the article.

Yeah, that’s about right for a bike. :)

It pains me to vote Crack Pipe, but indeed it is a rare bird that wants someone else’s project.

335 horsepower and 284 pound-feet of torque is significantly more powerful than the Camaro SS V8 you had a poster of in high school

Great, if my Mom (60 and retired) is looking for a lease I’ll pass this along.

Lets see... 36 month lease on the Cadillac and $.25 cents a mile over 30k miles.

Ugh, but why the drifting? So over watching cars powerslide/drift around a track.

Please tell me that is referring to beautiful Troy NY

35 year old software engineer here, I’ve still never spent more than 30k on a car. Just doesn’t seem right. I do swap cars often though. Oooh, and motorcycles. So cheap!

Hrm... text of the article mentions an intercooler, but I guess I don’t know where it is either.

adding a turbo wouldn’t add 2/3 more horsepower.

As the owner of a modern turbocharged car (GTI), I’d think they could get the lag down to almost zero. Boost threshold would probably also be pretty low. You can hardly even tell my car has a turbo it has such linear power delivery.

Does it have the same “less hatch space than the base model” as the Focus ST? I know, lame question. DO WANT “drift button” but when its your only car you have to ask lame questions.

I had a 97 Z28 and they are spot on with the performance comparison against the 2.0L turbo. Man, that was a fun car that I could get into trouble with. Imagine all that fun with the base model!?!

Woo!

It ends on such a cliffhanger! Argh!!! I need to see the next episode!

dat throttle body... I could fit my head in there
