When I got married, I suddenly co-owned a 2002 Camry....and it had the dent. Can confirm...it’s a real thing.
There’s a difference between a classic and unsafe garbage putting others at risk. Every time I see a clapped out ‘99 Grand Prix with a failing ball joint on the road in the Detroit Metro I get pissed.
Oh no no no....you’re thinking modern Mustang. I’m talking good ol’ solid axle early 2000's. The new ones are quite enjoyable on track IMO.
Owned both at the same time and was actively autocrossing/tracking each one. Hate to say it, but the Miata was much more enjoyable...and easier on the wallet.
The frustrating thing is looking at the NASA or SCCA car count in your region for wheel to wheel racing. Generally, if you don’t get in a Miata, you will mostly likely be racing alone in your region.
Me too! Though mostly stuck in a support trailer working.
Actual Fit racecar. No back seats. This guy tracks. I want one.
1) Read post and got very excited
This car had some bad luck yesterday...lots of break downs. Absolutely love the wail those RSR cars make under full tilt though!
Wish I would have seen this yesterday...could have sent some cool snaps from behind the scenes.
And a Corvette vendetta judging by past races of the season. They’re not making a ton of friends.
May be talking CTSC...not sure. Think they were just trying to make a tired joke.
My guess is that figure actually stemmed from a preliminary FEA validation, but there hasn’t actually been destructive testing to verify. Marketing gets hold of a phrase like that and runs with it regardless of whether they understand the terminology completely.
That is ridiculously cool.
Very cool. Me thinks I need more cylinders...or an additional engine. Shouldn’t be hard to come by one at the rate these Subarus spin bearings!
Since this block is toast, that sounds like an excellent experiment!
Haaallp! I’m stuck in the gray.
Been listening to this continuously at work for the past 20 min now. I almost want someone to come by and unplug my headphone jack...
