I'm late watching the finale and the 1000+ comments have probably said everything I wanted to say, but I'm still going to add that I wish I had shut the tv off when the credits started. I was so happy to see Trenton and Mobley! And then Joey Bada$$ and probably his shiv… That was such a sad note to end on!

Oh thanks, I didn't realize the actors were that far apart in age. I always got the sense they, along with Angela were all closer in age to each other. Her saying she was only 4 threw me off.

This is exactly how I felt about the last season of Game of Thrones, "my fan theories aren't coming true, the writers must hate me!" Sometimes you just have to go along with what you're given in a story.

Does anyone know the age difference between Darlene and Elliot? She was only 4 when the settlement happens, but how old was Elliot in that flashback scene where their dad is still alive? I'd guess 10 or 11?

Speculation is for the comments board. These have been some of the most insightful reviews on television I've ever read. The point of the review is to discuss what's happening in the episode, not play up to fan theories, even if they do turn out to be true. Don't read them if you don't want, it's that simple.

Well I was speaking of that specific comment I replied to, not the Fight Club tie-in in general. How incompetent and miserable does one have to be in their lives to reply to a stranger on the internet in such a demeaning way?

Maybe we're all Elliot!

That's Tyrell and they are most definitely not the same person.

So maybe since it hasn't been long enough for Elliot to be convicted of a crime, maybe he was there awaiting trial. He chose not to post bail because he wanted to be there, which is why Darlene said he didn't have to do this. Just my shower thought of the day for all of you haha

my original comment sounded mean so I'm changing it, but no we don't know yet. The show will probably drag it out for 3 episodes and reveal he had unpaid parking fines haha

Yeah I kind of agree with the reviewer about Robot lying. I think there's more to the story at least.

The reveal was nicely done, I don't think it changes anything in the story though. It raises a few questions: I'm pretty confused about the whole Ray side story. Overall though, the main story stays the same.

It literally makes no sense they're the same person. Elliot Alderson married a rich Danish woman and had a lucrative job at E-Corp at the same time he also reached out to a childhood friend for a job at Allsafe. He then tries to hire himself at E-Corp? I could go on but just… no.

I pretty much take every scene that Elliot isn't in or doesn't have a perspective on as "reality"

I saw that too! Maybe they caption off a given script but those cuts didn't make it?
I always leave the captions on for the same reason but I've found a lot of useful things with it on, like I could read what Leon was saying in that backwards scene.

While I agree with Bearded Garret I do see some comments and just wonder why are they even wasting their time watching this, let alone spending more of their precious time going to a discussion board about it? Critique is one think but if you really dislike this show, find something else to watch.

I think it was real, maybe he was an employee at the jail and let Elliot into his office and his computer. I'm really hoping we get a further explanation in another episode though because I'm confused.

I've heard that one before!

He's still getting billing in the credits, I think it could have been him.

Was anyone else yelling "that's a lot more than dropping something on the floor and walking away, Darlene!" at their TV during that scene?
