Who hasn't, that's a silly question, what other reasons are there for people turning someone down for a job? The whole interview process is designed to weed out people because of who they are.

There are bullies on all places in the political spectrum. Why do you assume bullies are attracted to one political belief or another? I've lurked on the Democratic party, there were bullies, I was in Trotskyist parties, there were bullies, I've existed in general left groups online and in person, plenty of bullies.
