Well, the U.S. “won” the right to play the stronger team (Ecuador) in the next round, while 2nd-place finisher Columbia was “punished” by being forced to face lowly Peru. So it really doesn’t make a huge difference, does it?

The first time I played Myst, I didn’t save my game and tried that ending first. I had to play the whole thing all over again.

Sure, that’s a fair assessment of Variety. But how about Yahoo?

“There is a video of it not happening, for crying out loud.”

It is also the black power salute of the Black Panthers, a group that most definitely uses it as a political statement.

I was really glad to see you said “no” at the end. I was worried that, the way the story was headed, they got you drunk on Margaritas and you ended up signing the release, and later regretted it. Good call not to give those jerks what they wanted after pulling this shitty stunt.

I wasn’t just talking about physical attractiveness. Misogynists can have appealing personalities too (when they aren’t saying sexist things). They may be funny, or charismatic — just like people with many other wrong-headed or bigoted beliefs.

OK, so maybe The Red Pill community is more likely to comprise the subset of misogynists who are unsuccessful with women? I haven’t read that subreddit, so that could well be the case.

See, this is an example of what I was talking about in my other comment in this thread. I don’t agree with PA2SK’s statement above at all. But it employs an eerily similar logic to the “MRAs are losers who can’t score with women” trope. It’s easier for (straight) people to hate or demonize members of the opposite sex

The primary defect of The Red Pill is that most of the people who control where that dialogue goes have been evolutionarily deselected by women for not being interesting, attractive, empathic, masculine, kind, thoughtful, or successful

Sure he has pages. But did he say what kind of pages?

If that candidate loses the Democratic nomination, will you vote for the other candidate in November?

Speaking of spanking publicity photos: This is the teenage Shirley Temple, in a publicity shot for the film “Kiss and Tell”:

Bernie Rubble?

There’s actually a brief shot from that episode in the trailer above, I think!

Wow. If your threshold for depression was reached during Season 2, it’s good thing you stopped watching.

Actually, the Google Maps link you provided shows that there is a sidewalk on the South side of the road.

You win ALL the internets!

She was on Lee Road when she was asked to move to the sidewalk. Apparently, that road has a sidewalk.
