Not disputing most of what you are saying but I believe most of the time Crime Bosses weren’t given the death penalty was because they were sources of Info for the feds, not convicted of the murder etc. but on racketeering and tax avoidance.

I live in Sac county so my wife and I saw this (and the updates) on the evening news. It so painful to think someone could do this, makes my heart ache.
