I laugh every time I hear this stupid argument. “Oh you’re going to make these folks scared to report crimes”. If these folks weren’t in this country illegally, there’d be no reason for them to fear reporting a crime. They placed themselves in their predicament. It’s their own fault.

Stranger never said that folks without money shouldn’t be allowed to immigrate here, Stranger is just describing the noble effort his/her family undertook to FOLLOW the LAW in order to become citizens and bring their family members over.
