Cheating is almost never justified, and I say “almost” only because I leave open the possibility that someone might come up with some plausible scenario where it might be ok.

They should have raised the points values for kills if they wanted more action instead of hiding. The game style is inherently camping biased but at least having kills be worth a lot more would encourage risk taking.
