It is probably, but not a guarantee of being, more lawsuit proof if this asshole tries to get reinstated. Fired for not following specific policy is always easier to enforce than fired for general failings. I work HR auditing, and the advice is always fire for concrete and specific reasons, it is safer, even if you

I guess just stop? I think the difference here is that a human would look around for cops, think “fuck it,” and drive past.

That’s for your opinion on my “great big plan” on making an observation, I guess? Maybe I was hoping to see a funny getaway video or something (anything) related to transportation. That’s why we are here, or so I thought.

I’m not begging for shit. This article is like going to the meat section of the grocery store and seeing a random box of Pop Tarts there. It just doesn’t belong where it’s at.

Ugh. I am not defending anyone. Settle down.

This has to do with cars because...they used a Penske truck? You’re not even trying on this one.

I have some trouble believing that’s not just a ‘shopped plate.

Honestly I would be more offended with “In God We Trust” on my license plate. I would get some black tape and cover up that crap.

About as well as gun control.

If Montenegro builds a highway to Mont Blanc, what would you see along the way?

The kinja image repeat posting is perfect here. It’s like some sort of PTSD* reliving the memory analogy.

And orange carnival barker presidents.

This is a WTF blast from the past. You don’t see to many adds targeted at successful cult leaders, human traffickers, and televangelists these days.

You wouldn’t have to spend nearly $60k to get that. Go buy a new Prius. It’s nicer in every way to drive, light years safer, burns about 1/3 the fuel, has more cargo space and is just about the definition of reliable.

This W124 is really cool - but let’s be honest, it’s simply an obsolete car which doesn’t do anything

You have put more thought into this comment than any of the engineers at GM put into the Cavalier.

For $10,500? A Cavalier? I don’t care it it’s a convertible. Hell, I wouldn’t care if it also included a modest vacation package to the glorious sunkist beaches of Puerto Rico valued at $5,500, while Vanna White herself flips the final letters as I solve “My wife is leaving me because I bought a Cavalier for $10,500.”

No shit. If the cops are that jumpy they need to be in another line of work.

Can’t speak for the auto industry but I know from my companies dealings with Brazil it is one of the most difficult markets to work in. Government is constantly changing the regulatory framework which is more complex than almost all of the other developed nations, and it is diffuclt to have any stability.

My perception has been the opposite.  I’ve seen a few out in the wild now, and I think it looks a lot better in person than in the pictures.

which in both cases you will visit alot.”

FTFY.

if you’re gonna be there anyway, you might as well be comfortable :)
