Man, this’ll be interesting to see. Especially with how much prep goes into it with flocks of corporate lawyers beforehand. I’m also assuming that chief legal counsels for both companies will spend a day or two together hashing out constraints. And then there will probably be a lawsuit that comes out of this meeting…
