Nissan is going with the orange-bulb-in-a-clear-space method of turn signals from all appearances, so they’re safe from your wrath. It’s a pretty common way of handling it, because designers don’t like orange but people typically like orange signals.

For a US inline-6, I’d pick the Ford truck 6. No timing belt or chains, uses gears! Used in UPS trucks, vans, agricultural & industrial applications, plane tugs, pumps, and all kinds of brutal service scenarios. In a truck, you won’t get anywhere fast, but you will get there.
