I don't see anything extra required for this as most transmissions are now electrically actuated. The system already has a chime for when you are not buckled in and I have been in zero cars that that feature has failed.

Well you'd have to have auto up/down functionality built into all windows and the majority only have them on the front s. The other piece is if you accidentally flip the wiper handle your windows would go up every time. I would personally HATE that happening
