If the government’s own vehicle doesn’t need high mounted headlights, then all trucks and SUVs don’t either. Who cares if it’s ugly if it’s highly functional for it’s application, particularly since you and me are footing the bill.

I’m wondering if that will actually be what happens (hybrid and EV models) and that was omitted from the article source. It’s hard to believe that wouldn’t be included in this for the exact reasons you state and feel they still have the ability to add in at least a nonplug-in hybrid system to increase the city fuel…
That's what the headline is there to tell you. I'm here to be excited about the 13 *other options* that are not a Tesla.
I don’t see how anyone could not be for Right-to-Repair laws and the genuine benefits that come with it. Manufacturers just see it as another profit center for them at the expense of owners and independent repair shops. Laws also cover your IP (and it's more likely a foreign company is going to pirate your software…
I like it! It’s a vehicle for you to live out your <insert apocalyptic fetish> weekend warrior cosplay.
More...Well judging by Texans’ weakness to cold weather.
This is an example where I don’t think it aged as well as it looked originally (2nd gen). I would have considered a 2nd gen against the 1st gen fit I purchased, but I definitely feel they went too bulbous with with the 3rd gen.
2022 Bolt or the previous Generation? Given this article is on the new one curious how GM has improved this aspect.
It's not, it's more a right timing issue. Infrastructure isn't cheap, but costs do go down the more you wait to implement (to a point).
How do you feel about pollution? Government sets the new standards when the industry isn’t willing to change fast enough for the betterment of society. Airbags/safety standards, unleaded fuel, catalytic converters, etc. Tesla wouldn’t even likely exist now if it wasn’t for overall advancement of technology and our…
Wonderful take! Hybrids make so much since for Americans at this time and near future because of infrastructure. I laugh at the “why does the government need to be involved” individuals as apparently they prefer to drive leaded fuel, carburetor equipped, pollution spilling vehicles. We all can see that unregulated…
Small town Nebraska checking in. Ours was weekly @ noon for 1 minute duration during tornado season. Off season it was tested monthly. If it was daily I’d be extremely concerned about the amount of tornadoes in the area lol.
+190k miles. It's almost as if when coming up with the price seller was using the + key instead of - when calculating the issues into the price.
And none that look too terrible to clean either*.
Ha, I was more referring to bringing an electric to a petrol car fight. :)
1st gear: There is a reason they chose Stellantis as a name and not something with Brand initials such as FCA...both Fiat and Chrysler are not safe from the brand graveyard.
Yeah got Kinja’d on that one, here's the link
