Letting go of Trish increases the number of votes going Tony's way while using the idol would have meant a non-vote from Kass. It was actually really good strategy, if perhaps now foiled by Trish's awareness of his vote for her.

She may have made a pretty deciding decision, however that's not going to win her any points with the jury because it wasn't a move to her benefit. Whether she ultimately made the decision or not, she's not the one who benefited from it strategically whereas Trish and Tony both have claims on pulling her in.

Clearly.. Just noticed also that one of the CBS videos has him explaining that as a potential strategy going into the immunity challenge. So I'm validated even more.

Yeah I just saw the Ponderosa vid now. It'll be interesting to see if he finds a way to spin it if he gets to the final.

I just noticed this question now, so this response is coming super late. I'm referring to the way that he refers to game play by female castaways as emotional and irrational and other things of that nature. His reference in this episode to the argument between Kass and Trish as a "catfight" is also belittling and

His insulting speech when writing down Woo's name had nothing to do with the idol clue unless we're using Morgan logic where acting like a three year old and saying something like someone is ugly is a valid arguing point.

Soo… Does no one else see the extremely valid strategical aspect of Tony's choice to not use his idol for Trish? I mean not only does he have the possibility of using the special idol to trick people into not voting for him (which one could argue is of more value than just having Trish's vote locked down), but he now

Thought on this episode:

Wuhhhhh?! How are you putting Todd and "doesn't really do much great" and "win by default" in the same sentence?

What about Courtney during Survivor China? I remember that as being pretty bad, but I'm not sure if it was as bad as Trish's.

His emotions are all over the place. In his defense though he and pretty much every single booted castaway has confirmed that he NEVER sleeps so… Sleep deprivation actually makes you go crazy; there's a reason they use it for torture.

Oh my god cold pizza! Yum yum yum!

She said she hadn't fought with anyone on the jury and she hadn't even had a confrontation with anyone. It seemed pretty clear from her cadence that she was making a differentiation between "fight" and "conflict". Basically not only has she never "fought" with anyone on the jury, she hasn't had "conflict" with them

/r/survivor sounds like the absolute worst thing ever!

Heck if Ciera could do it ANYTHING is possible!

That's how I feel!

I found it pretty disappointing that the obvious continuation of PDS as allegory for queer issues was not mentioned in this review. That's definitely where I thought this episode shined.
The obvious self-hatred Ren feels and the fantastic mirror scene. The way Ren finds acceptance from his dad by pretending not to have

Seriously disappointing that Mashed Potato Time and Gravy by Dee Dee Sharp are not included. I mean honestly!

I hope so! That is a mighty, might fine ass. Soo bouncy!

Honestly! The whole episode I was like how is no one wondering where Tony is? He was always charging through the jungle like a rhinoceros
