Last Friday I dug out a bag of Trader Joe's orange chicken, but I wasn't feeling the orange so I substituted cajun seasoning and bourbon. Turned out pretty well.
I read an interpretation of the test scene a while ago that hypothesized even as a manual labor replicant Leon would still be more intelligent than the average person, and his behavior during the test is just him fucking with Holden for a bit.
