I’m not going to beat a dead horse here, but people drink at home before going to the bar, and also bar hop. The idea that bartenders begin serving all of their customers at .000% BAC is totally false, and some people can be VERY intoxicated without others knowing.

You’re right, and .256 is an extremely high BAC, I’m just speaking to the somewhat impossible standard of having to ferret out which of the drunks at your bar is “too drunk,” and how visible signs of intoxication are entirely a product of each individuals tolerance.

Destroying evidence is one thing, but if knowingly serving an alcoholic beyond the point of intoxication makes the owners, managers, and/or employees of a bar liable for an individual’s DUI death......something about worms in a can.

Very limited experience but I think you’re right. There’s a strain called Death Star that I loved, and used in the middle of the day and stayed plenty alert. Came to find out it’s an extremely potent pure indica strain.  There’s gotta be some placebo effect re: sativa vs. indica.

As a long-time Bucks fan, I fully understand the purgatory that is being an 8-seed, first-round loser.  You’re not getting a good draft pick, and you’re not doing shit in the postseason.
