You’re right, and .256 is an extremely high BAC, I’m just speaking to the somewhat impossible standard of having to ferret out which of the drunks at your bar is “too drunk,” and how visible signs of intoxication are entirely a product of each individuals tolerance.

Destroying evidence is one thing, but if knowingly serving an alcoholic beyond the point of intoxication makes the owners, managers, and/or employees of a bar liable for an individual’s DUI death......something about worms in a can.

The Brewers then proceeded to put up 6 runs in the bottom of the inning, ultimately blanking the Nats 6-0Rendon should’ve spent his time in the clubhouse thinking about that instead of taping up photos to his locker.

The study by Jozef Nuttin referenced in this article makes perfect sense - this explains all the terrible parents who give all of their children “K” names.

I’ve been receiving ESPN the Magazine for years because it’s apparently included with an Insider subscription.  I can’t say I’ve ever opened it up, and it always seemed odd to me that folks who subscribe to get extra online article access would be the ones receiving their print magazine.

4/20 is the St. Patrick’s Day of weed.

Very limited experience but I think you’re right. There’s a strain called Death Star that I loved, and used in the middle of the day and stayed plenty alert. Came to find out it’s an extremely potent pure indica strain.  There’s gotta be some placebo effect re: sativa vs. indica.

As a long-time Bucks fan, I fully understand the purgatory that is being an 8-seed, first-round loser.  You’re not getting a good draft pick, and you’re not doing shit in the postseason.

This is just another reflection of the raw deal that ballplayers are getting with their rookie contracts (See Snell, Blake).

The Bucks haven’t won a playoff series since 9/11.  I’m very nervous about how they do in the playoffs, but I certainly hope they make a run.  What a fun team to watch.

If Rodgers is still pissed at McCarthy because McCarthy was on the 49ers staff when they selected Alex Smith, that’s some next level chip on the shoulder shit.

And the Orioles were up 6-0 at that point, AND the relief pitching coughed up two runs (one credited to Hess).

Is the 2020 rule regarding relief pitchers facing no less than three batters enforced across innings? It seems the rule will be much less impactful if you could still put in a lefty specialist to get out of a two-out jam, and then start the next inning with a different reliever.

His photo screams divorced Trump supporter dropping roofies into margaritas at a Cheeseburger In Paradise in Sandusky, Ohio.

I’d say that Flacco isn’t the worst QB you could bring into a defensive-minded team as a game manager/veteran (Manning & Broncos circa 2015), but didn’t Baltimore have the best defense in the league last year?

When the U.S., Canada and Mexico host the World Cup in 2026, will dudes like Weah and Pulisic make the U.S. a legit contender?

Todd Helton sitting at ~20% in his first year on the ballot is interesting.  Career .316 hitter with a ton of pop, wonder if that 20% will go up or down over the years.
