Didn't Barry get the pleasure of losing his parents twice due to timeline changes. No sure I would say he gets what he wants at the end of the day.

Flash S1 is the highlight of the Arrowverse. Best villain, most emotion, perfect humor, best cast chemistry etc…
The more I think about it, the more I agree with Barry that he does need his space. He kind of jumped into extreme seriousness with regards to his relationship with Iris immediately after he saw the vision of the future. Asking her to move in with him, then asking her to marry him so soon after they got together kind…
Not really the point.
Honestly, Barry breaking up with Iris makes sense if he wants to get his head screwed on straight and that was kind of what I got from that conversation. It didn't seem like a full break up. More like a temporary hold.
That isn't what he's doing. It really didn't seem like his decision to split up had anything to do with Savitar. Rather, his own decision making ability.
Trust me. It is.
She's a newbie. Being the Flash for a few months does not make her experiences. She's a grown woman but in this scenario it would be just dumb for both available Flash's to jump into the speedforce.
Is she, regardless it still stands.
And that means what exactly? Everyone is protective of younger heroes.
Oh please. She is a younger teenager. Its part and parcel of being protective of anyone in an uncertain situation. They would have done the same for Wally and they actually have in the past.
Sorry….but putting spoiler tags for a show that has been out for months is kind of unnecessary.
Yeah, I think you stopped watching just before Luke actually started his heroics.
It was pretty fun early on for me. Cottonmouth was a pretty good character and Ali was quite charismatic. Luke's initial rampages were pretty cool. But it got boring after a while.
Honestly, I think Marvel Netflix shows are getting worse with every new show. I loved Daredevil S1. It had pacing problems but the story was riveting. Jessica Jones was good with terrific performances but severe pacing issues and some dull subplots. DD S2 was again really good with strong new character but with a…
That final shot was a pretty good scene. That was some good acting by Gustin. I think why this whole story has largely worked for me is because even though Barry has done some selfish things, it seems that he's self-aware but just sort of helpless in the face of circumstances.
I honestly get the complaint about the secrets, but I still think this was the most riveting ep since the 'Killer Frost' ep. I definitely think it was one of the best paced and acted eps of the season. I think Savitar finally felt like a real threat and I did like the twist about Wally. With regards to secrets,…
Even Barry at his worst is worth keeping around because of Grant Gustin. I mean, he acts circles around most of the cast and its really difficult to even think of a show without Barry. Imagining Flash without the Joe-Barry scenes, or the Cisco-Barry scenes etc… is basically imagining the show without its heart and…
That's just a cheap way to negate everything that has happened on the show. People forget that some of the most emotional parts of this show have come from this Barry. Season 3 may not have serviced Barry well but he still carries all the emotional weight of the show.
The show would fall apart like a house of cards without Grant Gustin.
