So if he wanted to pass the guy ahead of him in the left lane but wanted to leave a safe distance between the cars because of conditions it was illegal to be in the left lane? wtf?

And even if he was he was maintaining the speed of traffic in the left lane.

He was maintaining a gap to the traffic ahead in slippery conditions. I see zero reason he shouldn’t continue in the left lane. As long as i maintain the speed of the car ahead of me in traffic changing lanes just causes more problems when i reach the next car to pass.

Sports broadcasting needs to find an alternative way to advertise during their games. With DVR, netflix, etc so many people dont watch live tv and skip commercials.
