Great write up. Another tip that weighs heavily for me is what is the residual value compared to what a 3 year old model of the same car is worth might be. I went back and forth on leasing or buying my '14 Grand Cherokee, and chose to lease because of this factor. My sticker price was $42K, and residual value was

I don't remember seeing the 10-pack of Neons at Costco.

MazdaSpeed 6 Issues - breaking your left wrist due to torque steer?

Had an 02 6MT with the HLSD as well. Awesome straight line acceleration, completely bulletproof powertrain, could burn the tires until shifting in to 3rd without even dropping the clutch. Best one on the list in my opinion, but the lack of independent suspension in the rear makes the handling atrocious. This guy

Yet another Mitsu...the Lancer Sportback. I've seen exactly zero of these to my knowledge.

I'm not sure what there was to rave about. I seriously considered one and took one home for a weekend. AWD, decent looks, $10K less than a G25x. It was loud inside, the plastics looked like they came from the dollar store, and worst of all it was about as fun to drive as a 4-cylinder Dodge Stratus.

Bloomington-Normal, IL is the only place I see these forgotten Mitsu's. Why? Raiders and Galants (may some other models) are made there. Dreadful cars. I'd still say I see less Suzuki Equators than Raiders.

I've only seen the same one. Haven't seen him around for a couple years or so, but I would almost always see this somewhere around Cherry Hills and South Denver. Several times during winter months and in the rain :o
