I wasn’t talking about it being “far-fetched”, but rather that those things seems like the places where time (and thus cost) would be cut as the vehicle heads into production.

They are coming up with new reasons why their core business has so many fails. Now it’s that they, as a company, is spread too thin, and still not that it’s a culture problem.
