LOL at Tesla dealers having to show “how FSD works safely”. If dealers don’t lie by their own accord and say it is awesome and flawless, echoing lying Musk, they will be told to do just that to upsell buyers (who, let’s face it) are all idiots by now.

If you want to go fastest around said track, you don’t want a manual. For fun: Yes. But for actual best times: A modern automatic.

Exactly! Not believable at all.

Yeah, this is incredible - as in not credible. Yet another scam.

This time, though, it seems they’re being investigated criminally and that they can’t hide behind their earlier image of being “quality”. That time has passed a long time ago, and it seems they’re not only deceptive through-and-through, but are also utterly incompetent in everything they do.

There comes a time where one has to cut one’s losses and move on. That time passed a long time ago for Fisker.

Doesn’t change much. They will probably be bailed out when they are close to bankruptcy, but that won’t change their lack of safety culture and non-existing QC. Quite the contrary.

They are idiots, then. How would you like 10k now and never again, or 1k each month for the next 10 years? The idiots would prefer the 10k now - and the CEOs would prefer that scenario too. Utter idiocy.

Well, probably not. But as a company, you should at least be able to glimpse towards the long-term once in a while. Utter incompetence all the way around.

But only short-term investors will be happy, as the company is run into the ground. A dead company or a severaly decimated company will not make as much money as a healthy company.

Not good enough. They will get other bean counters in who thinks Boeing’s salvation is more cost cutting. Boeing is done for the next couple of decades. It’s too difficult for bean counters to turn around an environment like that. They are completely unable to see QC as an investment. Only short term profits matter,

I’m not. I would under no circumstances drive that thing every day for a year.

You can ask Stalephish. I don’t think he could afford the CT, though. But for the mindset, I’m sure he’s a match to the CT owner.

Pretty sure that entire article was full of sarcasm.

And the name constantly reminds me of the “copro” part of“coprolite”:

Depends on the purpose. Not everyone needs to carry 8 x 4 feet plywood sheets. Some just want to carry, say, a generator or other such equipment, a big fridge or other stuff, while also being able to carry more than a single passenger (in addition to the driver).

I prefer boxes (vans, minivans, old-school hatch backs etc) to blobs. This one looks like neither. It looks like a discarded chewing gum on the outside.

Ah, of course!

It was reposted in 2024. I don’t want to give the people involved one way or the other any views.

Ah, good.
