The motor and reduction gear are housed in cast aluminum. There are also some coolant lines, steering linkages and other vital components that may not appreciate having big ass stones smashing into them at 100 km/h. The rest of the bottom of the car is flat with thin sheet plastic barriers covering the open spaces.
Nissan should bring back the Z32 but follow the original plan of the Z car, and affordable sports car. No Z car looks better than the Z32. No other Nissan is as timeless as the Z32. Not even the S30.
I hate the green, environmental connotations that go with EVs. I bought my 2015 Leaf at full retail, financed.
To be fair to Tesla, my Leaf was stuck in the bodyshop a total of three months due to issues with getting parts from Nissan.

Aisan not Allison transmission. Also the marketing name for the M2 Turbocharger is confusing as there is actually two turbochargers in a series/sequential arrangement.
