You seem to have forgotten about the hollowing if you get the dark sigils from Yoel.
I haven’t figured it out myself and I don’t believe the wiki is up to date with it yet.
But if your hollow level (should be right under your normal level info) is above a certain amount you can only summon one or no phantoms to help…
