peddler of vaporware**

If this sketchy project is being sold for NSX money, that’s too far.

Well, yes. An NSX that’s cheaper to maintain and easier to find parts for, with a body that’s cheaper to repair.

Mid-engine rwd prelude is a great idea. Much simpler, and better in many ways. This car is 80% of the way to this goal!

which we believe is used to store cars

I think addicted is very much the wrong word. He uses them because he can. But he’s intentionally building the future, he’s paying back loans, and it’s really working for him. If he were a peddler vaporware I’d be inclined to agree with the negative connotations of the word “addicted”, but in this case I don’t.

To me, this sounds “ambitions but generally rubbish”. It’s great, in theory, that Porsche are producing old parts brand new. But are they going to sell enough? The replacement procedure for one seems prohibitive, on an already microscopic demographic who have these cars and can afford the parts.

this V8 masterpiece.

Hang on. A 4-door 2-series. Isn’t that a 1-series?

That is quite a big difference between them. Thanks for posting :)

I came in here to say that test driving a car is hard. The combination of unfamiliar car, unfamiliar surroundings can easily lead to small mistakes, which can easily turn into big ones.

I have to say, I don’t really see the difference from kei cars. You say they’re aimed more down-market - are kei cars not? The statement:

I have to say I can’t see the problem here. It’s not like one of those Chinese cars that folds like paper - the passenger cell stays pretty intact. It’s got a crumple zone, and it crumples leaving the rest of the car in okay condition. Yes, it’s a small crumple zone and wouldn’t help the driver much, but that’s what

What’s going on here? Looks really messy, sort of ruins it.

Isn’t the S-class (particularly upper-spec AMG ones) usually the most modern car on sale? At least just after a refresh.

My name is also Scott Brown this is weird

But it is a not-likely-for-production concept, so let it be. It’s obviously a homage to old race cars, like the rest of the design.

They don’t care. Why would they? Customers and journalists are concerned about features and looks. No one reviews the buying process, and (until now) it gets no publicity. There’s a good chance they’re deliberately cheaping out on it because they know it won’t affect sales.

As someone who lives in neither the UK nor America, I’d like to point out that America does have a lot of crazy nanny-ish laws about cars. Like how you can’t import anything ever. And all those crazy bumper and headlight rules that stop interesting cars being sold in the US.

Could someone explain what happened here?
