Wasn't this car absurdly hard to start as well? I think the engineers missed the point: the key is redundant

We all have out fetishes. Mine is targa roofs. I find myself pining for awful cars like the Suzuki XC90, because for some reason they decided it needed a targa. It just awakens something inside me

Can't match the cleanliness of the old Focus' design unfortunately.

I don't think that would work for me as an Australian. Thanks anyway

Love videos like this, all that steering just to get the car around a relatively mild course. There's so much understeer and oversteer and regular steer it's hard to even pick them apart.

I love this parts swapping business. Very common on Nissans. Stageas get Skyline faces, 180SXs and Silvias combine into all sorts of monsters.

Excellent! thanks for the reply. I'm a 300ZX owner, pretty confident my next purchase will be an S2000, funds permitting. RWD, manual, more gears, more power, less weight, more focused. And like the Z there's an emphasis on top down motoring, because they're all convertibles.

This car is hideous. It's far too long, looks like it melted.

In the last line you used the wrong "here"

Why second? Just curious.

As a 300ZX owner I see one fairly often. They are starting to disappear though it's true. We had a cruise a few months ago with about 25 of them, was quite a sight :)

Exactly what is a tonneau cover, if it's not referring to the roof?

I'd say that's different. If CD players were available but weren't standard, it's not so bad. At least you can get them. But there was no available other port, you had to use the iPhone one.

On the topic of the 180SX/240SX in the article... I saw a stock one near me recently. Blew me away. Almost all of them are ruined by douche bag owners it seems.

in Australia we get those Corollas. I always thought they were hideous and rock bottom for Corollas everywhere. Funny how the grass is always greener. When I go to America I'll be the freak taking a photo of a Crown Victoria, because I've never seen one.

We get that Corolla in Australia, I aways thought it was hideous and rock bottom for Corollas everywhere. Funny how the grass is always greener.

How can a company be so slow to change? The Fools. What's the point of embracing new technology if you're so slow to change that you'll soon be 5 years out of date?

We get some in Australia. I keep mistaking them for more interesting Japanese cars. It's shameful.

I'd vote something Japanese. For me, they were everything 90s. The SVX mentioned is a good one, or the Mitsubishi GTO with its electronic wings front and back, twin turbos, AWD, probably 4WS to boot.

What about the original Mirage? Cheap hatch, came in teal (or mauve) which was also carried to the seats and door inserts. Was just as 90s, but actually a product of the 90s.
