“it looks like a buick.”

it looks like a buick. does GM know about this?

New Castlevania: :))))))))))))))

Obligatory #FuckKonami

those kind of numbers restructure the energy efficiency of per kwh spent on the vehicles’ full battery-to-movement life cycle. We would have to see how efficiently the two vehicles use per kwh from the battery up to the drag factor and see how much of a difference that makes.

qi-like setups, power coupler converters, and like the diesel pump being close to the regular gas pumps; there’s ways to get electric to consumers almost anywhere. hell, power companies could get in on it and set up network chargers to bill people in the most direct way possible.

Even traditional engine cars are making fake vrooms. A friend just bought a $70,000 BMW and the engine noise comes out of the speakers when you gun it. It’s obnoxious. He was embarrassed when I pointed it out, too.

Tesla totally designed a car to do a bunch of dumb shit nobody ever actually does. Though in their case it’s ‘play Atari games in your car’ instead of ‘go to track’.

Cmon, Tesla’s is the king of adding a bunch of dumb shit that people never use or really care about. I.e. gullwing doors are way more trouble than a normal door, stupid party mode or whatever, easter eggs everywhere in the infotainment system like plaid mode, their MSpaint like app in the infotainment system, etc.

Ludicrous mode does not require preheating. Ludicrous Plus does, but that’s only like 0,2s different from Ludicrous.

The average American commute is a total of 32 miles per day.

I wish people would stop pretending like they need more range. Hell, 100 miles on battery is more than enough for 90% of Americans’ daily use.

You do know that Tesla paid for their network right? It`s like saying that GM should be forced to let Ford use their factories cause you know, unfair...

As much as I like the new electric concepts by Audi and Porsche, the range is a deal killer for me

Don't apologise for shit Hogan. You spoke the truth and Audi fed you marketing garbage. Tesla for all their faults, has absolutely destroyed in battery and motor tech.

Tesla has most of what’s been outlined here. Their battery packs monitor/cool/heat on per cell level. You can’t replace specific modules as easily, but who has needed to? (Tesla degradation is <1% per year and the packs built in the last few years have been /very/ solid) Teslas also have heat pumps on the motors as,

*shrugs* no vrooms... no buy

But he doesn’t want an SUV.

The land cruiser is a great suggestion, especially if you add some personal touches to it, even just nice all terrain tires in stock size; it says I drive this old car because it is cool, I like it, and I can, not that I have to.

I mean, couldn’t *one* of you have given him a reasonable answer?  The only non-troll answer is the Acadia, and he literally said he had no use for an SUV.  I get that there’s a comedy element, but I thought there were supposed to be a few helpful suggestions?

I always get the change back from the pump. Though if you use credit they just adjust the total when they settle at the end of business day. And this includes Quiktrip.
