They get SUPER SUPER pushy and kind of get in your personal space as if to even grab it out of your hand to pump it for you. THEN they’ll try to ask you for a few bucks to clean your windshield.

It’s not a random PA town... it’s one of the wealthiest places in the country, filled with rich a-holes who likely will never ever ever ever check a credit card statement to verify if it was actually what they paid at the pump. 

This is 1,000% happening. Crackheads/heroin addicts from Philadelphia come out to the suburbs and do this all of the time. It definitely isn’t organized... the word just probably spread that “hey this works” amongst that troubled community, and now we’re seeing it more and more frequently.
