This just makes me think of all the cab drivers Uber & Lyft screwed over and ran out of business (not saying the cab industry are saints, bc they aren’t).

Okay...so it differs in that if I leave a server a $100 tip on a $10 order, the server will still earn a minimum of $100 that hour, whereas if I tipped a dasher a $100 on a $10 order, the Dasher would still only get $7 dollars that hour and Doordash would pocket the other $97? Wow, that just seems terrible and putting that line about getting 100% of the tip just feels disingenuous. I’ll tip cash from now on. Does it help to put “cash tip” in the instructions just to let the driver know?
