when the time comes I hope there’s a company that retrofit on modern EVs too, if some groundbreaking battery tech happens in the future it would be crucial to update older EVs, not just dispose them

As much as I hate old Turtle face, I have to admit that I respect his complete lack of shame, sense of ethics, or self-awareness.
