You got the corporate ownership the wrong way around. BMW owned the whole of Rover group and on applying the company up sold Land Rover to Ford.

Used to leave the car exposed and unlocked, but lived in a tiny place. People could grab the keys from within the car to move it and return after shifting heavy equipment past.

Design is important. How it looks and how it feels, how it makes you feel are all design.

Surely all cars are designed with them. Are there any other countries beside the USA and Canada that have regions that do not require plates? Pretty sure every other country does. And even vehicles designed for North American market only will be designed with states/provinces that require a plate in mind
