A lot of people really don’t think they stand for those things though. I don’t, for instance.

Seriously, what do Democrats stand for? I mean besides protecting civil rights, helping the working class, providing affordable healthcare, protecting the enviroment, regulating finance, working with other nations, and preserving the historical stature of the presidency? Besides all that, why would I vote for them?

Why is it so hard to craft a message that says “jobs and education?”

Fear was their message, as the angry White Man still sustains the Republican Party to this day. They gotta get angry about something so they can vote against it benefiting them.

Republicans had absolutely no message at all for eight years except “Fuck Obama.” Still won them elections.

When the 99% have been routinely tricked into voting against their own interests, it’s hard to say you are their party

Warren Ellis was a writer and executive producer for the show. He’s also famous for Transmetropolitan, which is basically the story of a Cyberpunk Hunter S. Thompson.

Wow, he was so young. I’ve never seen this show, but I just looked him up and one of the first news stories that came up from before today was an interview where Ellis criticized a former co-star for quitting because that actor didn’t want to play a gay character. That’s a stand up thing to do.

I am so sad to hear this. He stood out as being one of the strongest in the cast.

There were times where he was the only likable character on that show. How sad, he was so young.

This story stinks to high heaven. Somebody is lying about something. Why and how would a young couple out on an ATV frogging in the middle of the night plot to kill an officer who just happened to be in the area? How the fuck does that make sense to anyone???

This is one of those stories that reminds me how blessed we are in modern software development.
