I think this is a part of treating employees well, and bodes well for the project as a whole. But if they’re not treating people well, we probably wont hear about it until a few years from now, and if they are we likely never will.

I’ve been on the Early Access wagon since launch, and if Act I is anything to go by, it absolutely is a good epic traditional RPG :)

Yeah it seems to me that if the skill level is the same (and I don’t see why it wouldn’t be) it would only make sense to hire people for their specific strengths, for a specific role within a team regardless of gender.

Not at all, I know several people who have the same preference. That’s great! You can just click through/random or pick one of the available preset characters (you can play as one of the normally NPC party members) and you’re sorted.
