ALMS stated on their Facebook page that streaming IS NOT available to the US, but is only available to persons OUTSIDE the US.

I just asked this. From what I can tell, the ONLY way to watch the ENTIRE race, and specifically the last 3 hours, is with a VPN to a European country.
