I tried both, and VirtualBox as well. Parallels works the best for me by far, and it flies. I'm using it on my rMBP from a BootCamp partition and it's flawless.

I don't understand...why was he fired? For an accident? Do they fire every driver that has an accident?

Doesn't do what I want. It refused to pull in the Parallels icon, plus I could not find a way to add in the System Preferences menu items such as Wifi/VPN/Battery status/Bluetooth/Menu Meters. If it pulled in everything I'd do it in a heartbeat.

In my experience it's not the TSA, but the airport arrangements. Too few machines, and way too many people. The TSA try to make the rules as clear as possible, and if you follow them you're never in any trouble. It's the passengers that make the ruckus. Last time through Phoenix was REALLY SLOW...but about 10 times

As someone who loves long road trips and hates stopping (frequent trips between Phoenix-Denver for example), I've found that a 1-Liter bottle of Coke, some Altoids, some gum, some beef jerky, and most importantly - an audiobook will keep me awake and responsive the entire time. Really, the book on tape keeps my mind

Just moved to Chicago from Phoenix...and I kept hearing about Steak N Shake. Huge disappointment. :(

Why are you trying to imply that it's because they're black? You couldn't have just said two kids...you felt the need to describe their skin color? Clearly that means you feel that their skin color at least contributed to their arrest?

I will never buy another Samsung product, of any type. The Vibrant has so much potential...until Samsung royally screwed it up so bad it's not even funny. I know about the other ROM's and the help, but damn, Samsung really screwed this one bad.

@A7: CDMA as implemented issue. EV-DO is Data Only. So Verizon still used the 1xRTT for voice/text and EV-DO for data. Technically the CDMA standard supports dual voice/data from what I've read, however nobody has implemented it that way.

Thank you! I love this form factor, in my opinion it's perfect. Just give me a slab with a big screen and a kickstand! I love the kickstand.

@Prawn_Star knows WozJobs: My understanding is that CDMA does support simultaneous Voice/Data, however none of the current operators have implemented that feature.

@usa1: More proof entitlement runs rampant in this country. The rich don't owe you anything.

@MrEvil: No, you're not. That's why I won't buy a newer car. I don't want TPMS forced on me, I don't want 16 airbags (I really don't want the ones I have, but oh well), I don't want a backup camera or lane departure warnings or IBM eventually driving my vehicle for me.

@Crisss1205: Which could still be addressed by actually looking at what's behind your car before you get in, and paying attention to what's around you. Backup camera's aren't the solution, because now people will watch the damn camera instead of paying attention out the windows.

@MarcusMaximus: I agree, this is why I kept my Vibrant vs the G2. However, Samsungs software is horrific. Give me vanilla and I'll be set.

@tchrman35: I've never had a problem connecting to WPA with Ubuntu. My laptop is right now, using the Broadcom drivers. It just connected right up with no issues. Have you tried a different router? I know sometimes routers are picky.

How the hell does Knobloch not have the correct insurance for his shop? This is completely inexcusable. If you leave your car with a shop, it becomes their responsibility. If they don't want that responsibility, then they shouldn't be working on the cars.

@Don Fehlio: I agree. My 3rd Gen is just about perfect. Electric locker, plenty of mods available, fuel injection, great reliability. It just seems to hit all the right spots, and has all the great comforts (electric locker/power windows) without all the nanny stuff like TPMS and roll stability control and traction

@Squalor: It's quick, easy, and consistent. And, much less than either Chick-Fil-A or Five Guys. While the other two are much better, they're also much more expensive (for me).
