Hey, if I didn’t invite you to my game for a PvP battle then you get what you deserve.  Stop invading people that are just trying to play co-op.  I know, I know... blah blah that’s how these games have always been.  But I personally fucking hate it.

I just wanted to knock out some single player cafe progress during my free time. I don’t understand how any body at Sony thought this was a good idea.

Some of the bells for even middle level stones (like 4s and 5s) come so late in the game, cost is hardly an issue by the time you get them anyway.

It also works in From’s favor that the games are notoriously obtuse and cryptic. I might have just assumed the quests were never supposed to end. I haven’t even started any of those quests though, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The bugs were minor and most people probably had no idea those two or three quests were unfinished. I for one just assumed I hadn’t gotten far enough yet or had missed something.

I don’t understand the logic, why wouldn’t you buff spells that are underutilised? Better than buffing the fricking pebble.

If it’s still on track for a November release, it wouldn’t surprise me if we got a big gameplay spot in June around E3 Virtual stuff and potentially as the key note of a Microsoft Press Conference.

While this is a bit different since there was no news prior to the E3 announcement, they did have a pretty truncated

I mean, wasn’t Fallout Shelter announced and released on the same day? And Fallout 4 released like a day after it was announced? I’m obviously exagerrating the shortness of the F4 wait time —I think it was more like a month or two— but Bethesda (the developer, not the publisher) has a rock-solid track record in that

They aren’t going to do their big reveal on a random day in the middle of March just because of how soon the release date is. Wait for the normal time of year for these types of things before raising the alarm.

Since when has Nintendo released a war game set in the modern ear which rages war against brown people? If Blue Moon was not so obvious Russia and the game did not start with them invading another country, then maybe your complaint would have some merit. But Advance Wars is a direct parallel to current events.

Since when did Nintendo publish Call of Duty?

The most annoying one is a message telling you there’s an invisible wall ahead of you and you strike at the wall lol

But if you’re playing online, you can be invaded by other players, can’t you? I am interested in Elden Ring, but I have literally *ZERO* interest in any PvP-element, whatsoever. In fact, I am vehemently against such.

Okay, can someone please try to sell me on *why* this is seen as remotely acceptable for a modern primarily single-player game, to not have a pause option?

I get what you are saying, but when I was a child everything that was targeted toward children featured characters who were teenagers who might look mid-20s. The only big exception was cartoons with talking animals instead of human characters.

I’m going to go with the fact they look like actual middle-schoolers in uniform when the rest of the roster does that anime magic where they could be 14, their 20s or anywhere in between.

The eyes play a part in it, but it’s also the fact that they *look* like children. Without any scale, no pokemon protagonist looks like a normal 10-year old child. They look like larger-than-life anime heroes. Heck, it’s canon that some of the protags are 10 and some are 15, and it’s legitimately not easy at a glance

Pretty sure any dislike is going to be because they look incredibly bland. Or that the daggy primary school uniforms make them look about six years old.

Sieg means in the Mediterranean where the game is set.

I was thinking it looked more along the lines of a school uniform of some kind.
