I actually don't think that was CGI. I'm pretty sure it was a bunch of puppeteers manipulating a Constantine puppet and composited into the scene. I don't think there were any CG Muppets in the movie at all. (Adams also got the performer wrong for Walter; it's Peter Linz, not Matt Vogel.)
