Sarah Dollard had the best episode last series and is already a proven showrunner. Though I see their POV since she's new to the show, I hope she sticks around to be the next successor.

We've had two seasons of that but a third won't hurt.

He had a terrible middle period, but I'm a fan of his recent stuff. Mostly cause he's been relying more on other writers to handle character and story building

In his defense, Menken's pretty diverse. He can go from a sort of jazzy riff in Little Shop to a more calypso influence for Little Mermaid. But there's a constant strain of Menkenness that runs through it all.
