*takes a shot, tiny liver is overloaded, passes out*

No but you're getting a health reassignment! From "Healthy" to "CancerAIDS"! Cause, that's not healthy…

From Piper's perspective, the only thing that matters is the familiar, and since she's lost Larry all she has is Alex. She's super dumb like that.

Good point about the benefits of having Fig around, I never considered that before.

100% this is how I feel. The scene where she gave the heroin Taystee gave her to Red was so fulfilling and cathartic, I don't want all that to go away.

Piper thinks she's legitimately helping Alex because Piper is delusional and can easily fool herself into that kind of thing. But yeah, not vengeful. In a larger sense it is karmic.

Fuck that, Poussey deserves way better. Nicky too.

I guess they had to keep the characters relevant somehow, but was that really the best way?

For me, something by the Foo Fighters. "Breakout" is a little too obvious. Maybe "All My Life"?

Well I guess she is "all bad", she does have a kernel of sympathy from the fact that she just wants a family to be close to her, to fill an integral loneliness. It's just hard to be that sympathetic to her because she's a friggin' psychopath.

Those scenes with him and Maria. It started out as a kind of funny running gag at first, but then she's about to be sent away and suddenly there was dramatic investment. And then finale, he was acting so positive and bouncing the baby around and I was so happy. I didn't even realize I was so invested in them until

Hopefully she'll have a role for season three. I get that she didn't really fit into the two biggest plots of the season, but they could have made some room. Like we really needed to see Nicky and Boo have a sex competition.

I just know a Norma flashback would break my heart. So let's see that.

I'm surprised you still can be disappointed at what anyone does on this show anymore. Except O'Neill. O'Neill is pure.

Favorite episode? Favorite flashback?

I like Piper manipulating Alex, about time she was the manipulator rather than manipulatee. Plus, how is that not typical Piper? I can already imagine the scene in my mind where she tries to justify to Alex because she was just trying to keep her safe, and then Alex calls her out on how it was really a self-centered

I feel exactly the same way. The smart part is, it was totally intentional. They build you up all season to be on his side, to love the guy, and then in the last episode undercut that with a reminder that this is the guy who masturbates to the inmates in his office. If anything, it's a very realistic move to have

Caputo and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad, Second Day.

That's true, but then the whole point of the blowjob scene was to show that as much as we like Caputo and grew to be on his side this past season, he's still a pretty scuzzy character. That immorality was the first crack to show, and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last.

This is a little song about the nuns!
They're so meaner, crueler, ruder than the Huns!
I was forced to babysit them
When I thought that I had quit them
I kind of hope that they all get the runs!
